This policy explains how TEXRYVA (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use www.texryva.com. We are a fabric sourcing and order coordination partner based in Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Information you send us

Our inquiry form does not send data to our servers. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled message addressed to info@texryva.com. Nothing is sent until you review the message and press Send. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, company, contact details and fabric requirements.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry, review your fabric requirement, coordinate with manufacturing partners where you ask us to, and keep records of our business communications.

Sharing

We may share the details of a fabric brief with relevant textile manufacturing partners so they can review it. We do not sell your personal information.

Browser storage

This website stores your chosen display language in your browser (local storage) so it can remember it on your next visit. It is not used to identify you. Third-party image hosts used on some gallery pages (such as Wikimedia Commons and Pexels) may receive standard technical information such as your IP address when images load.

Retention and your choices

We keep business correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose above and for our legal and accounting obligations. To ask what we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, email info@texryva.com.
